Returns policy

Thank you for your order and support of Piper Jones lingerie. We are sorry you were not completely satisfied with your recent purchase.

Please contact us to inform us you will be returning your purchase. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date on the receipt. A copy of the original receipt is required with all returns. We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty.

We are happy for you to return any bra in exchange for a different size or style providing the product is in its original unworn, unwashed condition.

We are unable to accept the return of briefs due to hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty.

We do not provide exchanges for items on sale.

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused
  • In the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging.

All items will be reviewed upon return. If any of the following is present, the return request will be denied and we will send the product back to you:

  • Broken seams or stitching due to item being forced or overstretched
  • Heat damage e.g. from tumble dryers or hot irons
  • Damage from oils or body lotions
  • Colour running from washing or soaking
  • Print deterioration due to excess heat or sun exposure
  • Visible damage or wear
  • Lingering odours such as perfumes, deodorants or cigarette smoke
  • Human or animal hair
  • Detached tags
  • Visible marks or dirt

Refunds

We do not offer refunds unless the item is faulty - see condition of returned items above.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Exchanges

We are happy for you to return any bra in exchange for a different size or style providing the product is in its original unworn, unwashed condition.

We are unable to accept the return of briefs due to hygiene reasons except in the case of faulty goods.

Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend you return items using a trackable postage method. It is a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage. Piper Jones will not be held liable for parcels lost in transit. Please allow 10 business days for the return to be processed.

Please note, unless the product is faulty, you will incur the postage costs associated with the replacement item.
